Wrangler’s Relaxation Workout

6 PAX showed up to for another #beatdown at the Stronghold, and hopefully came away a little bit better than before. 

The Thang:

Warm-up lap around the blocks back to BB Courts for COP.

COP:  Good Mornings x 15, Windmills x 15, Grass Getter x 15, Arm Circles x 15, Flapjack x15, Merkins x 25 (all in cadence except merkins (single count))

We then hit the streets for a Run around Broad Street to eventually make it back to Tennis Courts for the following:

3 Rounds of Five Exercises:

# 1: Inch Worm to Plank x 5

#2: Bear Crawl position twists x 10 each side

#3: Bear Walk to end of first court and back

#4: Pointers (opposite hand and leg raises) x 10 each side

#5: Dying Cockroaches x 10.

Rinse and Repeat for 3 rounds.

We then stretched out with the following:

#1 Twist to full rollover lead by single leg x 5 each side

#2 Twists to full rollover lead by arm x 5 each side

#3 V-Twists to Full Rollover x 10.

We then counted off, and Poacher led us in prayer.

Moleskin: This was my fourth amd Final Q this month, and I really appreciate everyone showing up, and putting forth excellent effort. I ask for prayers for the Pax who may be traveling this time of year.  I ask for prayers for Art, Chuck, Deborah, and Steven. I ask for prayers for the current situation in Afghanistan. Poacher let us know that one of his former deputies was able to get out with his family recently. Happy Birthday, Poacher.  Prayers for all our Pax that are currently training for Colonial Relay Races.  I appreciate every one of y’all and I will See Y’all next time in the gloom.
