10 PAX showed up to for another #beatdown at the Stronghold, and hopefully came away a little bit better than before.
The Thang:
Warm-up lap around the block, and then straight to the BBall Courts for COP.
COP: Good Mornings x 15, Windmills x 15, Imperial Walkers x 15, Arm Circles x 10, Flapjack x10, (all in cadence)
We then moseyed down Broad Street, took a right up New Hampshire Ave, and right onto Ashe St. back to intersection of Penn. Ave and Ashe St. to begin a modified Tellier WOD (adapted from Dark Helmet’s WOD).
Run from one end of the block to the next, and complete the ladder of exercises and back down.

We circled up and counted out. Capt D led us out with a prayer.
Moleskin: Really appreciate everyone showing up, and putting forth excellent effort. Please continue to pray for the families/members of the Pax who are traveling or undergoing medical issues or procedures now or in the near future. Happy Birthday to Capt. D (08/20/21- 49th birthday), know that you are loved in our group, Capt D. Please keep everyone who has 2.0’s starting/ started School as they deal with the challenges of the current issues facing us right now. Quatro’s Dad (D.P.) will have an orthopedic procedure on 08/23/21. Please keep him in your prayers. May he heal quickly and uneventfully. Thank you for all that you do for me and keep me accountable.
