F3 is about some fitness!  The 1st F (Fitness) is the magnet that draws men together and eventually leads to the camaraderie of 2nd F and the impact of 3rd F.

Q’s: In order for PAXminer to see you’re backblast, it has to be in a certain format. Copy the text below into a Slack post in the 1st-f channel, fill in the details, and post it. PAXminer will send you a message once it’s processed. The two sections below are effectively the same. The first one has explanations of what everything is – replace all the content in the angle brackets. The 2nd option is a blank template that can be directly pasted into Slack and added to.
