Warm Up: Cotton Pickers, Windmills, Army Circles, Side Straddle Hops, Uno Lapo

The Thang: 12 days of Christmas

1.) 5 Burpees

2.) 5 Leg Lifts

3.) 10 Pushups (Merkens)

4.) 10 Lunges + 1 lap around the court 

5.) 15 Flutter kicks

6.) 15 Hand release pushups 

7.) 20 Jumping Jacks (SIde Straddle Hops)

8.) 20 Squats + 1 lap around the court

9.) 25 WWII Sit Ups

10.) 25 Little Baby Crunches

11.) 30 Shoulder Taps 2 count

12.) Hundreds + 1 lap around the court (OK, maybe we missed this last one)

Announcements: No Paynehurst for tomorrow Fro Yo Ho will lead on Saturday.
