- 40 Freddy Mercurys

Shovel Flag:
- 40 Squat Jumps, 40 Peter Parkers. Mode of Transportation to shovel flag = Duck Walk (Repeato). Duck walk back to start
- 40 Side lunges, 40 Plank to Elbow Plank. Mode of Transportation to shovel flag = Lunge walk (Repeato). Lunge walk back to start
- 40 Reverse Lunge to Knee up, 20 Hand Release-Release Merkins. Mode of Transportation to shovel flag = Bear Crawl. Neo’s comment of “did he just say that” resonated with all present! (Repeato). Bear Crawl back to start.
Twas a rather pleasant gathering this morning. The sun was asleep, the wind was blowing and the rain a-flowing. This year starts off like many others with a shimmering dawn and a group of people sweating in a field.
