Wrangler’s Penn Ave Hills workout – finis

5 PAX showed up to for another #beatdown at the Stronghold, and hopefully came away a little bit better than before.  

The Thang: 

Warm-up lap around the block, and then straight to the Basketball Court for COP.

COP:  Good Mornings x 10, Windmills x 10, Cotton Pickers x 10, Arm Circles and Flapjacks x 15 (all in cadence)

We then formed one line and went for an Indian Run around Broad Street to get to the top of  Penn. Avenue at the Noodle Bar Restaurant.   

Jacob’s Ladder with Merkins and Burpees (20-1). Burpees at the Noodle Bar and Merkins at the Fire Department. AMRAP (We finished our ladder today, starting with 5 burpees and 16 merkins).

We moseyed back to the basketball courts and then circled up with Gumby Pax  and then counted out. Wrecking Ball led us out with a prayer. 

Moleskin: Really appreciate everyone showing up, and putting forth excellent effort. Prayers for 9 shotz God Mother, Prayers for Rocksteady as he continues on this F3 journey.  Safe travels to all of our pax who are away.
