Wrangler’s One Long Indian Run workout

7 PAX showed up to for another #beatdown at the Stronghold, and hopefully came away a little bit better than before. 

The Thang:

Warm-up lap around the block, and then straight to the B-Ball Courts for COP.

COP:  Good Mornings x 15, Windmills x 15, Cotton/Grass Pickers x 15, Arm Circles x 15, Flapjack x15, (all in cadence)

We went for a run around Southern Pines starting on Broad Street up to Ridge and back to the B-ball Courts to drop off Waldorf for his Appointment.  We had various stops along the way performing 10 merkins, 5 pairs of lunges or squats, and one perfect burpee.  After we dropped off Waldorf, we continued our Indian Run and did it as a reverse Indian Run (10 merkins) around Broad St. We made it back to the B-Ball Courts for 2 rounds of Step ups x 10, Little Baby Dips X 10, decline merkins x 10.    

We then moseyed to the B-Ball Courts for some Ring of Mary. It went as follows:

Long Slow Flutter, Homer to Marge, then finished with some Broga. Pax at Gumby joined in and we circled up and counted out. Chitwood led us out with a prayer. Welcome FNG Wedgie (Chad Anderson)

Moleskin: Really appreciate everyone showing up, and putting forth excellent effort.  Please continue to keep Napalm’s friend, Chuck, in your prayers as he deals with his medical issues.  Prayers for the Pax who are ailing right now physically and otherwise (Flying Tomato with his Groin). We have something special here with F3, and don’t take for granted at the chance to get to post with your brothers in the gloom.  We all need each other as Proverb 27:17 (NIV) states “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”    See Y’all next time in the gloom.
