Wrangler’s Continuation workout 8/18/2022

10 PAX showed up to for another #beatdown at the Stronghold, and hopefully came away a little bit better than before.
The Thang:
Warm-up lap around the block, and then straight to the B-Ball Courts for COP.
COP: Good Mornings x 15, cotton pickers x 15, Side Straddle Hops x 20, Arm Circles x 15, Flapjack x15, (all in cadence)
We then went to the street for an Indian Run leading us to our first stop at First Bank Stage for series of 10 merkins – 5 burpees/lunges/squats from one side of the lawn to the stage with transportation by bear crawl/crab walk/duck walk.
We continued on our journey to the Calvary Christian School off of Bennett St. for a series of 20 LBD-Derkins – step up pairs. After 2 rounds, we continued on our way back to the B-ball courts for some Ring of mary.
Ring of Mary consisted of the following: **, ***, Long Slow Flutters, Merkins, Guantanamo completed us out as Flying Tomato watched us finish up.
We circled up and counted out with the folks from Gumby. Chitwood led us out with a prayer.
Moleskin: Really appreciate everyone showing up, and putting forth excellent effort. Please continue to pray for the families/members of the Pax who are traveling or undergoing medical issues or procedures now or in the near future. Happy Birthday to Capt. D (08/20/22- 50th birthday), know that you are loved in our group, Capt D. Please keep everyone who has 2.0’s starting/ started School as they deal with the challenges of the current issues facing us right now. Hammerhead’s Wife (K.A) will have surgery in the morning. Please keep their family in your prayers. Also, please keep Paul Hora (PHE) in your prayers. He posted that he had an accident during a woodworking project, where he lost/cut three fingers. May he heal quickly. Next Week marks the 8yr anniversary for F3 Sandhills. Please post at the OG AO (SPUMC Church – lower parking lot). Please spread the word. See y’all next week.
