Warm Up

• Lap around the block
• Arm circles IC
• Flapjack arm circles IC
• Cotton pickers IC
• Windmills IC
• To the wall for:  LBDs IC, step ups on the short side, LBDs IC, and step ups on the big boy side

The thing

• Mosey to the corner of Bennet and Penn for 15 IC SSH
• Mosey down the hill to the police stations for 15 IC SSH
• Then head back up the hill….kinda
  • From the police station to the first lamp post – bear crawl
  • From the first lamp post to the second lamp post – crab walk
  • From the second lamp post to the third lamp post – bear crawl
  • From the third lamp post to the fourth lamp post – crab walk
  • (The posts are farther apart than you think)
• Then mosey back up to the corner of Bennet and Penn for some REQUESTED SSH (you are welcome Aruba)
• Then mosey to the playground to find our abs….

El LocoBum really wanted to try his counting today…in Spanish….Thank God Moneyball was there to help him, and translate back into English when the Q wasn’t sure what number we were on with the “randomness” of the counting.
