Bear Down…and Finish!

6 PAX answered the call this morning, took the DRP, and got better because of it. 

QIC: Meat Sweats

The Pax: Fragile, Josey, Chitwood, Bowtie, and Flying Tomato.

Warm Up:  Box Trot 2 laps.  Good Mornings, SSH, Daisy Pickers, Windmills, Arm Circles, Finkle Swings, and Floor Sweepers. 

The Thang: 

No Mercy Mile

Pax begin at mid-point of front stretch of track. Sprint to turn 1. Bear crawl to turn 2. Sprint to mid point on back stretch. Do 25 merkins. Sprint to turn 3. Lunge to turn 4. Sprint to starting point. Perform 25 squats. R & R three more times. When complete you will have bear crawled 400 yards, lunged 400 yards, performed 100 merkins and squats all while completing 1 mile.

In spite of a higher than normal amount of mumblechatter about today’s Thang, the Six nobly went into overtime to complete the No Mercy Mile (it must not have been that hard ;-).
