Not since the final days of Leonidas did so few accomplish so much!

We took our customary warm- up lap ending up at the sandpits of doom.

We did our warm-up consisting of side straddle hops, arm circles, cotton pickers, and windmills.

Next came the Wheel of Merkin.  IC x 8 each  of derkin, right arm/leg elevated, incline merkin, and left arm/leg elevated.

We ascended our way to The Stairs for IC x 15 calf raises together, 10x right leg calf raise, 10 x left leg calf raises.

We next proceeded to the Rink of Pain for EIGHTS: On one side we did declining burpees and  the other we did inclining merkins.  Our means of transport across was bear crawl and lunges.

Back to The Stairs for IC x 15 calf raises together, 10x right leg calf raise, 10 x left leg calf raises.

Next we made our stand at the wall: Peoples chair with alternating sun god/ Cusacks followed by 10 Australian mountain climbers.

Next onto the low wall: IC x 10 LBDs, incline merkins, LBDs.

Once more to The Stairs for IC x 15 calf raises together, 10x right leg calf raise, 10 x left leg calf raises.

We finished off with some Roxanne : merkin on “Roxannes”, plank jack on “red light”.

Mad Bum led us out in prayer.
