1, 2, 3 Bear Crawl

It was a a nice Cool evening as we approached the lake. When Squeegee and I arrived, Copper had just pulled in waiting for the next phase of his physical development. Copper posted our flag and we had a bit of mumble chatter as the rest of the PAX arrived.

PAX: Squeegee, Copper, Large Mouth, Flying Tomato, Taco Cat, Mandela, “Smash” aka Crush, and YHC — Rafiki.

Warm-O-Rama: Arm Circles, Monkey Humpers, Dying Cockroach, Pickle Pumpers, 5 Burpees OYO

The Thang: Indian Run down by the lake until we reached the break off point where we hiked up a small hill to the railroad. Once we were on the tracks we planked until the six arrived. 10 Shoulder taps in cadence, 10 Merkins OYO. Hiked back down the hill and took a short mosey back the way we came. Squeegee led us into 1, 2, 3 Bear Crawl. We partnered up, 100 Merkins, 200 LBC, and 300 squats. 

COT: Mandela graciously shared his experience, strength and hope during COT. Crush requested a name change and no one argued with the big guy. We will now call him Smash. Taco led us out in a wonderful prayer.
