With Ruck Sacks on all (minus Flying Tomato), we made our way to the First Bank Outdoor Stage for the Following:
20 Squats with overhead press, 20 hip thrusts with weight on our stomachs (loaded homer to Marge), 15 Burpees, 12 each leg Reverse Lunge with Knee Thrust, 6 Wall slides.
We then rucked to the Campbell House Park and Rec field for the Following:
20 Curls, 20 Ruck Front Squats, 20 Squat Press, 20 Situps, 20 Upright Rows, 20 Skull Crushers, 20 2 count American Hammers, 20 Ruck Devil’s Press, 20 Curls, 20 merkins, 20 Ruck Swings, 20 overhead squats.
Flying Tomato improvised with some of the exercises due to no ruck sack. I believe he took his inspiration from Jane Fonda at one point. Good work this morning,Tomato.
We then made our way back to the BBall courts and did countorama on the way back.
Moleskin: It was nice to get back out in the Gloom with everyone for the start of what I like to call “Month of Wrangler”. Good work by all. Several additional members completed the pre-run.
