Wrangler’s Travelin’ Light workout

6 PAX showed up to for another #beatdown at the Stronghold, and hopefully came away a little bit better than before. 

The Thang:

Warm-up lap around the block, and then straight to the Train Station for COP.

COP:  Good Mornings x 15, Windmills x 15, Arm Circles x 10, Flapjack x10, (all in cadence)

We then went for an extended mosey around S.P. and had periodic stops of the following sets:

Set 1: Merkins (25), Squats (15), Burpees (5)

Set 2: Side Straddle Hops (25), Lunges (15 each leg), Burpees (5)

After each set, we would sometimes add an occasional mode of transportation to a nearby heightened area of elevation (Bear Crawl, Crawl Bear, crab walk, duck walk, carioca.)

We finished with our travelin’ series with one last stop at the BBall Courts for one last set. We then counted off and did announcements,  prayers, praises, and Scout led us out in prayer.

Great work by all during our travelin’ light exercises.

Moleskin: Really appreciate everyone showing up, and putting forth excellent effort. Good job Dos XX and Quatro for your Pre-workout running.  Please keep all of the Pax who are traveling right now in your prayers. Beer Pour Signups still happening and FroYo would appreciate the help.  May God’s grace shine down on us and let us be the light that we were made to be in this world.  I appreciate every one of y’all and I will See Y’all next time in the gloom.
