Running

What day is it?

9 PAX answered the call this morning, took the DRP, and got better for it.

The Pax: Josey, Chitwood, Napalm, Flying Tomato, Moneyball, Barry, Felix, and Bourne.
QIC: Meat Sweats

Warm Up: Box Trot 2 laps. Windmills, Arm Circles, Imperial Walkers, Grass Getters, Merkins, LBCs, Long Slow Flutter, One legged Homer to Marge, Finkle Swings, and Floor Sweepers.

The Thang: In celebration of Indigenous Peoples Day; 2 laps of Indian Run followed by 2 laps of Prisindian Run aka Prisoner Indian Run.

In celebration of Columbus Day; 4+ laps of Tap Out Indian Run (last runner sprints to front of line, taps out first runner who completes 5 reps of whatever exercise last runner chooses, then catches up the back of line, repeato). Like Columbus, we got lost on the first lap. After 5 penalty burpees, we restarted.

In celebration of General Pulaski Memorial Day, we moseyed to the “hill” by the parking lot, and split into pairs. One man bear crawled up the hill and crab walked down while the other did merkins, then switched until 100 merkins completed.

Announcements: Poacher is hosting Q Source on Wednesday at 6:15 AM via zoom. This week’s topic: General George C. Marshall’s leadership and service.

Prayer Requests: For Chitwood and family and all others who are traveling this week.

Moneyball graced us with another excellent prayer to wrap it up.
