Introduction:
The Piranha PAX gathered for the highly anticipated Annual Review and Workout. Due to time constraints, we were unable to complete the entire review, but we made the most of our time together. Laughter filled the air as we engaged in various activities, pushing ourselves to new limits and building camaraderie along the way.
Warm-Up: IC 10 SSH, IC 10 Good Mornings, IC 10 Imperial Walkers. We began the session by weighing in and measuring our height, ensuring accuracy for future assessments. Then, in a surprising turn of events, each PAX member took the grip strength tester as a personal challenge. @T-bone, always generous, allowed us to test our grip strength by loaning the Piranha PAX his handy machine.
1 Mile Trial Run:
@Wrecking Ball and @Squeegee displayed exceptional leadership, charging ahead with impressive speed during the 1 Mile trial run. @Rafiki closely trailed behind, followed by The Dude. The remaining PAX members showcased their determination, utilizing their unique strengths to give their best during the run. Despite @Shawn Scott‘s struggles with asthma, he led the six position, inspiring us all with his resilience.
Hang Time Challenge:
As we reached the Hang Time portion of the workout, @Squeegee proved to have an unmatched grip, holding on the longest. @Wrecking Ball followed closely behind, showcasing his tenacity. However, @Josey/Flagman and @Berry (Steven Young) left us all in awe with their incredible endurance and time just a week or so ago during @T-bone‘s inspiring Q.
Mumblechatter and Motivation:
Throughout the workout, the mumblechatter was kept alive by the ever-entertaining @Bill Ogorek. We celebrated the progress made by 9 Shotz, who continues to impress us with his dedication and improvement. Our newest member, FNG Trollies, seamlessly integrated into the group, displaying motivation, strength, and a deep commitment to our mission.
Pick up the Six Adventure:
During the Pick up the Six adventure, I had the opportunity to explain to Trollies the significance of never leaving a man behind. We leave no man where we found him, ensuring that everyone is supported and uplifted. A smile spread across Trollies’ face as he expressed his alignment with this principle.
Closing Thoughts:
Watching each member of our growing group find their path to a better life is truly an honor. Together, we progress one day at a time, one merkin at a time, and one mile at a time. As we look forward to next week’s completion of the Annual Review, we anticipate more challenges, laughter, and moments of triumph. The Piranha PAX continues to strengthen bonds, push boundaries, and support one another on this journey to self-improvement. (edited)

Closing Prayer:
We closed the session with the Lords Prayer. May we continue to grow stronger together and inspire those around us. Amen.
