15 PAX showed up to for another #beatdown at the Stronghold, and hopefully came away a little bit better than before.

The Thang:

Warm-up lap around the block, and then straight to the Basketball Court for COP.

COP:  Good Mornings x 15, Windmills x 15, Arm Circles x 10, Flapjack x10, Merkins x10(all in cadence)

We then split into 2 lines for an Indian Run around Broad Street to get to the Train Station Platform.

At the Train Station Platform, we counted off in to7 groups; Group 1 started at the #9 platform marker sign, and Group 2 started #8 sign and so forth to the last group was at #3 sign. The sign was the number of exercises to be completed. Each round had a different mode of transportation to the sequential signs. Each group would Duck walk from #9 to#3 for all rounds upon completion. The Pax completed each set of exercises until they got back to their original sign and planked until everyone was completed for the round.

Round 1: Copperhead Squats with bear crawl transportation

Round 2: Mountain Climbers with Crab walk transportation

Round 3: LBC’s with pretzel roll transportation/Pax Choice

Great work by all during our train exercises. After completion of the 3rd round, we moseyed back to the basketball courts and then circled up and counted out. Catheter led us out with a prayer.

Moleskin: Really appreciate everyone showing up, and putting forth excellent effort.  Especially all the Pax who ran Blair Witch before the workout. You guys are all beasts, keep it up.  Please continue to keep The Duckworth Family in your prayers as they deal with their recent tragedy and hopefully have God’s Grace shine down on them during this time.  Prayers for safe travels for our traveling pax coming up shortly. I ask for prayers for my family as well, as I had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye this evening to our beloved Cat, Charlie (who unfortunately had a medical emergency today).  I appreciate every one of y’all and I will See Y’all next time in the gloom. Good luck with your VQ on Saturday, Catheter. Aye.
