Wrangler’s Rock you like a Hurricane Dorian Workout

10 PAX showed up to for another #beatdown at the Stronghold, and hopefully came away a little bit better than before. 

The Thang:

Warm-up lap around the block back to BB Courts for COP.

COP:  Good Mornings x 15, Windmills x 15, Arm Circles x 15, Flapjack x15, Merkins x15(all in cadence)

We then hit the streets for an Indian Run around Broad street to intersection of Ashe and New YorK  for Dorian 1-2-3’s. We partnered up and so began another series. Partner 1 starts exercises, while Partner 2 runs up and down the hill.

100: Squats

200: Seal Clap Merkins (Thanks Panda)

300: Leg Lunges

We moseyed back to BB Courts for some Mary: Long Slow Flutters x 15 in cadence, Dolly x 15, LBC’s x 20 IC, and Some Broga as well. We then performed Countorama, and a Capt D prayed us out.

Moleskin: Just when you think you are done, they pull you back in. I got the opportunity to fill in this week for Sprocket, as he prepared for Dorian’s Arrival and his departure for BRR.   I really appreciate everyone showing up, and putting forth excellent effort.   Prayers for all our Pax that are currently training/ traveling for BRR and Colonial Relay Races. Congratulations to McFly on the Diaper Award that was presented to you. You are a great example for our Pax to emulate in real life, bother. Keep up the great work.  I appreciate every one of y’all and I will See Y’all next time in the gloom.
