Wear the Pants! (and the silkies and the mid-weights)

Happy 2018 to all the F3 Sandhills Pax!!  YHC is giving props to all those who bared the cold this AM….it’s a challenge to keep coming in the winter months and it tests your  dedication, discipline and commitment to training.

The Pax:  Neo, Quatro, Dos Equis, Waldorf, Mad Bum, Huckleberry, Hammerhead, Flying Tomato

THE THANG:  Loop around the pitch followed by some Side Straddle Hop (SSH) to get warmed up.  The whole goal of today was to stay moving and off the ground as much as possible!

  • 20 Step up’s into reverse lunge
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 LBD’s
  • 20 Yellow American Hammers
  • 10 Burpees

Loop around the pitch the into

  • 20 SSH
  • Walking lunges across the pith and back
  • 20 Burpees
  • 20 Box (wall jumps)

Jog over to the shuffleboard area

  • 20 Merkins Around the clock
  • 20 LBD’s
  • 20 SSH
  • 10 Burpees

Loop around the pitch, back to the water park wall

  • 20 Derkins
  • 8 Burpees (you’re welcome Mad Bum!)

While the cold cut like a many bladed knife there is no such thing as bad weather….it’s just weather.  Today we did what others wouldn’t, so that tomorrow we will be able to do what others can’t.   Extra special acknowledgements to the He-Men who did the Yeti run (Waldorf and Dos) and to Mad Bum who turned 48 today.
