    • Jump squats
    • American Hammers
    • Freddie Mercury’s
    • Lunges
  • To the wall at the Partha-John for wall walk ups
    • 5 OYO and they sucked
  • Down the hill
    • SSH
    • Squats
  • Up the hill
    • Freddie showed up again
  • Down the hill
  • Up the hill

Light stretching and close out with Gumby.  

Of course Squirrel had his backblast prepared, so you can view that for prayers and announcements! 🙂
