Warm-up Exercises:>Good Morning x 10 IC Windmills x 10 IC Imperial Walkers x 10 IC Cotton Pickers x 10 IC Arm Circles x 10 (make them bigger at 6) IC Flapjack x 10 IC


WOD (modify as needed, if you can’t run, Side Straddle Hops or Equivalent exercise for 2-3 minutes or until everyone returns from running on Zoom, etc… don’t cheat yourself, you can do this.)
