QIC: Squirrel
The PAX: Mad Bum, Hammerhead, Vault, Dos Equis, Neo, Chitwood, Flying Tomato, Bullseye, Quatro, Waldorf, Rip and Three Rivers
The Thang: Today was three, one minute circuits. The pax were to do as many reps as possible (AMRAP) each minute.
Circuit 1: Reverse Lunge, Side Straddle Hop and Plank. Repeato 3x
The side plank with raised leg was a real crowd pleaser!
Circuit 2: Wall sit, Squats, American Hammer. Repeato 3x
….yes, the original American Hammer.
Circuit 3: Mountain Climbers, Merkins, Heel touches. Repeato 3x
….for the Merkins there a voice murmured “dude another minute?”
We didn’t have time for another full circuit so we closed it out with Merkins and Plank.
Coming off the heels of Neo’s Olympic efforts at the PFT, none of which the other pax were around to witness, there wasn’t much mumble chatter today. Wishing all the pax the very best this week!
