QIC: Waldorf

The PAX: Vault, Poacher, Dos Equis, Flying Tomato, Huckleberry, Bourne, Madbum, Colt, Quatro, Arube, Batman, Squirrel, and Chitwood.

Warm Up – Ran down to Grace Land (for something different).  15 Arm circles IC, 15 flapjack Arm circles IC, 10 Merkins IC, and 20 LBCs IC.

The Thang – Thanks to the GymBoss timer, and a little AC/DC in the background…the men started a ladder workout.

  • 60 seconds of flutter kick squats
  • 60 seconds of high knees
  • 60 seconds of skaters
  • 60 seconds of burpees
  • 60 seconds of side straddle hops
  • 30 second rest
  • 50 seconds of flutter kick squats
  • 50 seconds of high knees
  • 50 seconds of skaters
  • 50 seconds of burpees
  • 50 seconds of side straddle hops
  • 30 second rest
  • This went down in 10 second increments, all the way to 10 seconds per exercise.  Then, just for fun, it went back up in 10 second increments.

There was a lot of mumble chatter in the beginning, but that stopped after about 5 minutes.  Full disclosure, this was a FiA inspired workout, but they only go down the ladder.  Speaking of that, Vault was hoping we were only going down the ladder, but Flying Tomato’s wisdom and knowledge (aka – age) informed him that we were probably going back up the ladder as well.  He was right.

Circle Up – closed out with announcements and a prayer.
