The Thang: Mozey around the pitch and return for some Side Straddle Hops. Squats, Al Gore, Squats…and some more Side Straddle Hops
3 minute plank (Plank for 15 seconds, rest for one second)
Circuit 1 20 Reps per exercise, AMRAP for 8 minutes
4-count Long Slow Flutter, Lunge with double pulse, Squat Jump, Merkins
Circuit 2 20 Reps per exercise, AMRAP for 8 minutes
4-count Freddy Mercury’s, Mountain climbers, Burpees, and something I forgot since my brain was short on oxygen after the Burpees.
Finish up with two Rounds of Bruce Lee. 20 reps each; 4-count American Hammer, WWII Sit ups, LBCs, Toe Touches and The 100
These 10 walked away from the workout feeling proud, accomplished, and strong as hell.
