Taking it to the Hills of PA workout

13 PAX showed up to for another #beatdown at the Stronghold, and hopefully came away a little bit better than before. 

The Thang:

Warm-up lap around the block, and then straight to the Basketball Court for COP.

COP:  Good Mornings x 15, Windmills x 15, Arm Circles x 15, Flapjack x15, Merkins x15(all in cadence)

We then split into 2 lines for an Indian Run around Broad Street to get to the Mexican Restaurant on Penn Ave.  

Exercises were completed between Mexican Restaurant, Etalia (Meat and Greek Restaurant), and SP Police Station (start);

Round 1: Hill Bounding (Skipping if you are Sprocket), with Squats at Etalia (10 reps), and Squats at Mexican restaurant (20 reps), mosey down to SP Police Station, and Plank till everyone is done.

Round 2:  Carioca (both sides with switching at Etalia), Alternate Leg Lunges (10, 20 reps) . Plank till everyone is done.

Round 3: High Knees, Merkins (10, 20 reps)

Round 4: Slow Jog, Burpees (1,2 reps) then mosey back to BB Courts for Countorama.

Moleskin: Really appreciate everyone showing up, and putting forth excellent effort. Service Opportunity on Saturday, to help with Demo at Moore Free Care Clinic as they expand their facility (See Sprocket), and Reminder for Kaffee’s Drag me to Hill Organized Run on 8/17/19 at 4:30am (intersection of Connecticut and Kings Rd) Please Keep Mandarin’s Family in your prayers as they deal with the diagnosis and treatment of Hannah’s lymphoma and I know that God’s Grace will  shine down on them during this time. I ask for prayers for the Pax who may be traveling this time of year, and I continue to ask for prayers for my family as well. My Grandmother is still in the hospital, but my Dad is doing better and has follow-up appt with his doctor to determine which medication his allergic reaction came from. He is out and back home though, praise the Lord. I appreciate every one of y’all and I will See Y’all next time in the gloom.
