Squirrel – how much do you charge to write backblasts?

I am pretty sure Jeb goes to school with stories that make him the cool 8th grade kid (either by repeating our mumble chatter…or telling his friends how lame we are).  Either way…WE WIN! 🙂  

Pax:  Poacher, Jeb, Scout, Ghost, Beano, Wrangler, Quattro, McFly, MadBum, and Josey

Q: Waldorf

Warm Up:

  • Lap around the block
  • Arm circles x10 IC and flapjack
  • Cotton pickers
  • Windmills
  • Freddie Mercury’s x25
  • American Hammers x25
  • SSH x30

The Thang: (mosey to the tennis courts)

  • Picked 4 lines on the courts and assigned a workout to each once you ran to line and back
  • Line 1 – step back squats
  • Line 2 – shoulder tap ‘merkins
  • Line 3 – lunges
  • Line 4 – burpees

Timer was set for 3 minutes

  • Run to designated line and back, and then do the exercise.  
  • Squats, and lunges were pairs were 20 pairs
  • Burpees was 10
  • Shoulder tap ‘merkins was 20
  • Once you completed the exercise, repeato until the timer ran out
  • We completed about 2.5 rounds

Close out:

  • Stretching
  • Prayers – continued prayers for Wrangler’s grandmother, and Rips M
