“For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭4:17‬ ‭NIV

Only a few brave men came out to train for the upcoming spartan race. Listening to the advice of bowtie, YHC began the work out with some good stretching. This consisted of 20 Burpee’s and Mucho Chesto.

Now that Paynehurst requires weight training to improve our strength, the pax moseyed down to pick up a concrete block and sandbag. We did three sets of the following workouts: concrete block bicep curls, concrete block swings, shoulder presses and two laps around the island with concrete block and sand bag held in your fingertips. The pax had to do a few penalty Burpee’s because of Captain D’s mumble chatter.

The pax took their sandbag to the grassy area and drug it from one light post to the other while doing a bear crawl. They returned doing a crab walk with their sandbag on their belly. They then repeated dragging the sand bag with their other arm.

They moseyed back to the island to do some Mary exercises. This consisted of dying cockroaches, side oblique exercises, American hammers, and LBCs.

As a cool down stretch the packs did 10 Shoulder tap Burpee’s and one windmill.

Moleskin: to earn a name change, Aniken asked two questions of both froyo and flying tomato. He asked what F3 has done for them and what their F3 name means to them. For me, F3 has given me a far richer life than I have ever had before.  Thank you men.

For some reason Aniken had no interest In hearing Captain D’s answer to these questions.

Blessings,

Flying Tomato
