Running AND Burpees Are My Favorite (Said No One Ever)

5 PAX answered the call, took the DRP and got better because of it.

The Pax: Meat Sweats, Neo, Chitwood, and Aruba

 Warm Up:  400m at boxtrot pace, arm circles, flapjacks followed by a series of running specific warm-ups to include high knees, butt kickers, karaoke, Frankenstein walks, power skips and sprints

The Thang:        SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE

400m run

12 burpees

400 m run

11 burpees

400m run

10 burpees

And so on, down to the count of 1.

Random Thought:  Interesting to note that on a chilly 28 degree morning 4 of the 5 PAX were hearty, Midwesterners…just sayin’.

Neo led us out in prayer.
