12 Pax, took the DRP this morning, answered the call and got better because of it.

Warm Up:  None – we just got to it

The Thang:

Hand Release Merkins – max effort in 2 minutes


Sit Ups – max effort in 2 minutes

Chin Ups – Other than Bow Tie and Flying Tomato we all look pretty sorry on this!!!!
