Pandas Lifting Heavy Things

18 Pax Members showed up in the gloom for a Sprocket-led beatdown. Panda participants included: Striker, Guinness, Vault, Captain D, Wrangler, Flying Tomato, Breaker, Fro Yo, Money Ball, Kaffee, Sprocket, Quattro, McFly, Waldorf, Colt, Mad Bum, Dos XX, Aruba

The Thang: After a brief lap around the block and warmup exercises, the Pax divided into 4 teams which took turns between two stations.

Station #1 Weighted Panda-Carry Suicides

  1. 70 lbs Kettlebell
  2. 70 lbs Kettlebell
  3. 2×53 lbs Kettlebell
  4. 2×36 lbs Kettlebell + 60 Lbs Ruck

Station #2 Dirty Panda McDuce Circuit (3 exercises per round, 4 sets x 12 reps (IC) for each exercise) 

Round 1

  1. Squats
  2. Monkey Humpers
  3. Wide-arm Merkins

Round 2

  1. Single-Leg Glute Brides
  2. Little Baby Squats
  3. Merks

Round 3

  1. Side Squats
  2. High Knees
  3. Carolina Dry Docks

We ended with Flying Tomato’s punishment for his inexcusable GroupMe posts… 10 Merkins with the 60lbs ruck on.

Moleskin: While this Panda beating did not elicit the same bellyaching as previous versions, the Q is confident that 36 quad muscles will be tender in the morning.
