Month of Wrangler Pt. 2, 3, 4 08/16, 23, 30/2018

21, 19, 19, PAX showed up to for another month of  #beatdowns at the Stronghold, and hopefully came away a little bit better than before.

The Thang:

Warm-up lap around the block, and then straight to the Basketball Court for COP.

COP:  Good Mornings x 15, Windmills x 15, Imperial Walkers x 15, Arm Circles x 15, Flapjack x15, Merkins x20(all in cadence)

Most of the time, we did a Indian Run around Broad St. Ostertag is getting fast, way to go Ostertag.

One week we did a Tabata Round of Exercises at the Train Station

Tabata Style of 50 seconds. Rest  10 seconds

Round 1 – Merkins

Round 2- LBC’s

Round 3 – 4 Count American Hammers

Round 4- Mountain Climbers

We performed this 3 times, and then moseyed over to the Train Depot for People’s Chair with Cusack and Sun Gods and a great BTTW.

Moseyed over to Downtown S.P Playground for AMARAP of Merkins, Pullups, Squats.

One week, we ran a little bit, and then did a round of Merkins, LBC’S and 4 count Hammers,  LBD, Incline Merkins, Decline Merkins x 2. Probably some more Merkins, LBC’s and 4 Count Hammers as well.  Fun Times. Great Job Pax.

This past week we did 4 locations around S. Pines, and did a round of  50 merkins, LBC’s,  4 count Hammers, and addition of 50 Swimmers at location 2, 50 Freddy Mercury’s at location 3, and 50 count Lindsey Lohan’s at the basketball court.  Great job all, way to get ready for B.R.R.  Chitwood prayed us out with prayers for Vault’s family, and continued peace with current living arrangements with his parents. Prayers for all of the Runners in this week’s race (Blue Ridge Relay). Hope y’all enjoyed the Month of the Wrangler as much as I did. Thanks for letting me lead. See y’all next time in the Gloom.
