Moleskin- Thank you for Rolling out of bed this morning to meet a Challenge head on. You knew it was going to be a tough morning and you faced it with Grit and Perseverance.

Grit- A person with true grit has passion and perseverance. Goals are set and followed through. A person who works really hard to follow through on commitments has true grit. It is not a word you hear very often.

Perseverance is defined as- To persevere is to continue to do or try to achieve something despite difficulty or discouragement. The word is typically used in a positive way to refer to the actions of someone who doesn’t give up no matter what

These two words are badges of honor to be associated with. Don’t take what you do or have done lightly. Sometimes we may get used to doing hard things. Maybe even start going through the motions. When you do that, you start to forget the accomplishments that come with what you are doing. Before you know it, you have stopped pushing yourself and challenging yourself. Don’t do that. Please don’t let me do that. Hold me accountable when I begin to slide down the slope instead of climbing up the Mountain. We are all in different stages of life and we all have what the next guy needs to keep pushing on. We are a Team.

I Challenge each of us to reach out to someone today that needs something that you have. Just a single word of encouragement can change the course of a life. Trust me on that. Invite someone to a F3 workout.

I appreciate each and everyone one of you. I’m thankful for each of you and this blessing called F3

Have a good week Gentlemen.
