T-Claps to our top three: Poacher who smoked it with a time of 27:02 (I think), YHC was too far back to hear the time. CPT D and Josey skipped across the line together at 29:16

We finished the workout with 7 Birthday Burpee’s and some Broga. As we’d already completed 40 Burpees we needed seven more to celebrate Poacher’s 47th. HAPPY BARFDAY POACHER!
Prayer requests: We put some time aside to ask for God’s mercy and blessings for Neo’s Sister-In-Law (Christa) as she remains on a ventilator in Atlanta as well as Neo’s M as she bears this weight of being with her sister in this state. We continue praying for Anthony McCauley after Corda’s passing – an unimaginable loss! CPT D closed the prayers out with those for teachers, students, kids and parents as we each work to find the next-right-step in these uncertain times. We look to the Lord for guidance.
All the Pax should be proud for the outstanding effort put forth in the Iron Pax Challenge. It’s great to see the camaraderie out there as those that had finished went back out to support the others. Know that every time you show up to an F3 workout, it helps to drive other men…it’s bigger than just you.
