WARMUPS

• A jog around the field.
• 10 SSH (For the SF Giants 2010 WS Title
• 12 Cotton Pickers. For the 2012 WS Title
• 14 Windmills.  For the 2014 WS Title.
• 3 Burpees for the 3 WS Title this decade.
• 0 Burpees for any LA Dodger Titles this century.
• 31 LBC for the last LA Dodger WS Title, 31 years ago.  Even Flying T was young that long ago!!!

 

• THE MAIN EVENT….. 1-2-3 STRIKES YOU ARE OUT!
• After only several explanation this times….we paired up
• exercises were
• 100 burpees,
• 200 HAND RELEASE merkins,
• 300 catcher squats
• while one part of team was doing the exercise the other would sprint to first return to home base and ..next time run a double , next triple and finally all the way around the bases and switch.
• Seems easy enough but is a real beatdown.
•  

COOL DOWN EXERCISES

• Karaoke across outfield
• High Knees
• Side shiffles.
•  Afraid no Elvis Merkins.  Madbum forgot speaker on kitchen counter.
