Warm up lap ending at the Tennis Courts – Warm up exercises

Suicides with exercises on the lines

BearMuda – the triangle bear crawl with burpees – like the Bermuda triangle – it could be know for losing pax members…

   OR   

Moseyed to the train station for some more exercise

Then to the Sunrise Stage for the People’s chair and little baby dips

Then to the old Southern Pines Library – (the town planning building – McQueen is all sorts of SP history!)

Then moseyed back to the b-ball court.

Prayers

For McFly’s M’s grandparents. Both suffering from cognitive issues and grandfather leukemia. 

Naming of John Ogorek. John is McQueen’s (Bill) older brother by 18 months and was the War Daddy this morning. He lives in a group home in Southern Pines and has for the past 24 years. McQueen picks him up every Friday evening and they spend the weekend together. John likes to make sure he and McQueen dress alike and they looked sharp this morning! John loves puzzles and has even done a 2000 piece puzzle in 3 hours by himself – so, McFly bestowed the name Jigsaw to John.

Welcome Jigsaw! Plus, Jigsaw kept us well on track with our cadence this morning – the Q needed it for sure.
