The Thang-

+ To pay tribute to Top Gun that premiers today, We performed side straddle hops while listening to Danger Zone by Kenny Loggins. Every time “Danger” was mentioned we dropped to a merkin. Halfway through the 3 mins and 45 secs song, we switched to high knees and merkins.

Next..

+ we had a fun card game where everyone had a turn flipping over a card  so we could take part in an exercise until Aruba flipped a Joker and we had to fly to the splash pad. There we performed some LBDs and Derkins.
Next, we shuffled the deck as well as the exercises we were to perform. Until someone else flipped a Joker and we had to fly back to Camelot park. There we performed some pull-ups and planks.
+ Lastly we had the opportunity to engage in a plank circle with bear crawling.

Announcements-

Prayer- Fro yo prayed us out

Moleskin- Thank you for allowing me to lead you this morning.

I speak for Myself as well as my brother Chris (Felix) when I say thank everyone that has reached out with kind words of support as we embark on a new chapter in life with the starting of our Handyman business; Hometown Services.
This week was our first week of work. We have been tackling a large to do list at for our Parents. Our Dad just had knee surgery so he gets to watch us work and add things to the list. During the workout this morning it really hit me how blessed we are to be able to physically get out to workout together. I don’t want to take my health or physical abilities for granted. There are a lot of folks that can’t and wish they could do what we are doing.
I would like to still be performing my own stunts at 59 like Tom Cruse is doing. Like him or not, the guy has some true grit.
As we are in the gloom together please remember, there are lots of us looking at you guys that have been in F3 for a long time for inspiration. Thank you for putting out and showing up like you do. It’s nice to come back after 2 weeks and still see you there.

The better You are the better the Team is.

Challenge- “Stop taking it for granted”

1. Challenge each of us to look for ways to be Thankful for this time in our lives as well as our health and physical abilities. You never know how fast it can all change.

2. Tell your Children ( no matter how old they are) how much you love them and appreciate them. Again, there are a lot of people that would give anything to be able to do so.

3. Thank a Vet as well as their families any chance you get.

I appreciate each and everyone one of you. I’m thankful for each of you and this blessing called F3

Have a good weekend Gentlemen.
