Conduit

It was a clear “chilly” morning to get better and 10 of us did just that. 

Pax- Witch Dr, Napalm, Scout, Squirrel, Moped, Fro Yo, T-Bone, Meat Sweats, Flying Tomato

Q- Berry

Warm up-

Run across field to far light pole and back. Circle up

Arm circles X10 Flapjack (thank you Meat sweats)

Windmills X10

Good mornings X10

Side straddle hops X15

Mosey to pickup coupons

The Thang-

Partner up. One man runs to the far light pole while the other performs the exercise. Flapjack until each man completes 3 sets

       Round 1 – Curl the coupons X3

Squat until everyone finishes. Run as a group to the pole and back

       Round 2 – Blockies X3

Squat until everyone finishes. Run as a group to the pole and back

       Round 3 – Incline Plank with shoulder touches X3

Squat until everyone finishes. Run as a group to the pole and back

Return the coupons. Stop at bleaches for LBD and step ups. Mosey to circle up.

Total distance ran 2 miles!

Thanksgiving is just around the corner. I hope everyone has a safe holiday. Remember to be thankful and grateful for your family and the life you are leading. Think of the less fortunate and the hurting during the holidays. 

Cultivate a Grateful heart by bringing to mind things you have to be thankful for. Gratitude is consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.

You are meant to be like conduit. Let gratitude flow through you. Don’t keep it to yourself. 

Expressing gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, cherish good experiences, and think more deeply about what they have rather than what they lack.

I Challenge each of Us  starting today through the holiday, to expresses gratitude to someone each day. Just tell someone new everyday that you appreciate them. Tell your M and your 2.0’s everyday that you love them and you appreciate what they do.
