After our latest weather change, the pax awoke to 19 degrees, YHC is pretty over the cold by now…And so it began.
The Pax: Dockers, CPT D, Mad Bum, Little Warrior, Striker, Aruba, Scout, Guinness and Neo
THE THANG: We began with 21’s, a 2-count Side Straddle Hop (SSH) where the QIC starts the count through 5. The rest is mental; goal – everyone stops together on 21. Since there were a few Pax who missed the mental part the following penalties were awarded; Penalty 1 – 10 Burpee’s, Penalty 2 – 10 Burpee’s, Penalty 3 – 10 Burpee’s, Penalty 4…..
Move to the far edge of the field: Lunge walk across field, 40 Iron Mikes, Lunge back across field, 20 Squats, 20 4-count Nancy Kerrigan’s. Flapjack
Mozey to the playground: 20 Swerkins while partner does 20 Merkins, switch places, 30 4-count Long Slow Flutter, 40 LBC’s, 20 4-count Rosalita’s, 20 WWII Sit-ups, 20 American Hammers, 30 Freddie Mercury’s
To the wall: 20 4-count incline Merkins, 20 LBDs, 10 4-count Derkins, 20 LBDs, 10 Merkins…it was supposed to be 20 but the QIC couldn’t hang!
At this point a couple of the pax were a bit punchy!
To the courts: Hold Al Gore while each pax gave a 10 count….then relax, 20 4-count Long Slow Flutter, 40 LBC’s, 20 4-count Rosalita’s, 20 Heels to heaven, 6” hold, Hello Dolly’s, 45 degrees, Hello dolly’s, 6” hold, People’s chair while CPT and Neo discussed the finer points of Time Bandits
