45 seconds over and over

Get a timer out boys…and a jump rope if you got one.

Virtual Q: Waldorf

Warm up:

  • 10 4 count cotton pickers
  • 10 4 count windmills
  • 10 4 count arm circles and flapjack
  • 10 4 count Imperial Walkers

The Thang:

Set your timer for 45 seconds, and quickly transition to the next exercise

Do the following 5 exercises for 45 seconds each, and then after the 5th exercise, you get 45 seconds of rest.  Repeat 8 times.  

  • Squats – 45 seconds
  • LBCs – 45 seconds
  • Jump role – 45 seconds (no rope required MADBUM)
  • Burpees – 45 seconds
  • Merkin – 45 seconds

45 second rest, and repeato for a total count of 8 rounds.

Should be a good burn…but do all 45 seconds of each exercise before you rest, and do a quick transition from one exercise to the next.
